General Sell & Trade Terms

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the sell & trade system on our website. By using this system you agree to the terms and conditions set out below.

1. We are not responsible for any mail that is lost or damaged in the post, being sent to, or from us.

2. Any orders sent to us with insuficient postage paid will result in us being charged the missing postage plus a handling fee. These charges will be deducted from the amount paid to the customer for the singles sold or traded - If in doubt please get the parcel weighed at the post office.

3. The price quoted for each card is the price paid in either cash or store credit, prices quoted are final once an order is submitted (subsequent price changes, special offers or promo codes will not be taken into account). The choice of payment method, either cash (via cash, cheque, bank transfer or PayPal) or store credit is made on checkout.

4. The price quoted assumes cards are in the condition selected by the customer, and will be rejected and returned to the customer if found to be in poorer condition, you can find details on different card conditions here: Card Condition Guide. All grading decisions are final.

5. Each item is considered an individual sale, and any number of items may be accepted or rejected by us.

6. Once an order is processed any accepted items or packaging cannot be returned.

7. Items we reject will be returned to the customer but will incur a return cost of £1.49 to cover the return postage.

8. We reserve the right to reject any order or part of any order for any reason, the rejected items will be returned to sender by us at our expense.

9. Orders are typically processed in one business day - i.e.the same day as order receipt or the following day. We are only under obligation to meet this processing schedule if all steps in the "how to" guide are followed, including sending cards in the requested and unsleeved.

10. Payment schedule: Monday to Friday PayPal, Bank transfer and cheque payments are typically finalised at the end of the day an order is processed, at the weekend payments are usually made on the following Monday. In certain circumstances payment may take longer, for example if an order is processed after our banking run (approx 5pm), but will not be more than 72 hours. Please allow a longer period for orders over £1,000, this extra payment period will not exceed 5 working days.

11. For customers requesting bank transfers outside of the United Kingdom there is a transaction fee of £15.

12. Orders that are dropped off in store may not be able to be processed immediately - processing time may be up to one working day.

13. Cash may not be available in store on the day an order is dropped off, we will contact you when payment is ready to collect.

14. Store credit acquired through trades cannot later be converted to cash (bank transfer or cheque).

15. Any order submitted but not received within 2 weeks of submission will automatically be cancelled and if received once cancelled prices originally quoted may not be honoured, in such cases we will contact the seller to advise of the new price before processing.

16. Sell & trade orders are usually processed within 24 hours of receipt, however timescales are not guaranteed and may be longer at busy times. Orders that are not sent to us in the order we request may take longer; processing time for these orders may be as long as 5 working days.

17. Reissuing of cheques will incur an £8 charge.

Bulk Trade Terms & Condtions

Please do not send extensively filtered lots, the rates we offer assume lots will have some value in them.

Our bulk trade system makes no distinction between the rarity of cards.

We offer a higher price per card than other sites that buy bulk commons and uncommons (or similar depending on game system) and as a result we will reject lots that have obviously been filtered down to low value, low rarity and poor condition cards. If you do have common / uncommon lots we may be able to quote manually - please contact us at sales@bigorbitcards.co.uk.

Our system has been designed for genuine sellers looking to sell a collection in bulk, if they have finished playing TCGs or need to make space.

We are happy to accept lots that include cards from TCGs that are currently not listed on our website.

Full Bulk Sell & Trade Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the bulk sell & trade system on our website. By using this system you agree to the terms and conditions set out below.

1. We are not responsible for any mail that is lost or damaged in the post, being sent to, or from us.

3. The price quoted is final once an order is submitted (subsequent price changes, special offers or promo codes will not be taken into account).

4. Once an order is processed and accepted any packaging, including deck boxes, folders etc cannot be returned.

5. The price quoted assumes the cards in the lot are in reasonable condition, with a good number in near mint condition (see our condition guide). Should the majority of cards in a trade be in poor condition the order will be rejected. In borderline cases we may contact a customer to discuss a downward revision of the price quoted. All grading decisions are final.

6. We reserve the right to cancel an order that appears to have been extensively processed, i.e. the majority of all value being near or completely removed. We will reject such orders in full. We will also reject orders that contain a large number of fakes.

7. We currently only sell English language cards on our website. We therefore reserve the right to reject an order that contains more than 10% foreign language cards. We may reject such orders in full or contact a seller to discussed a reduced price based on the English language component of the lot.

8. Orders we reject can be returned to the customer upon payment of a return fee of £10.00 to cover return postage.

9. Orders are typically processed in one business day - i.e. the same day as order receipt or the following day.
